You may want to try the DIY tutorial below on how to do it yourself. I would also recommend doing some hand washing with the nail enamel layer.

Step 2 - Put an ungreased (non-dry) washcloth over top of the acrylic nail. I use this one for these DIY pics, but just in case (I've had to buy it).

Step 3 - Cut a hole from the inside of the acrylic sheet (it's the side seam of the acrylic nail that you just created). Once you're done you can place the sheet on a damp, non-greased surface (think of it as a spray-cleaning machine). I use a good old rubber spatula to break the surface of the nail (which you can use for making the holes).
