They have a very sturdy base and are easy to clean, but they are not perfect, as always make sure to rinse them properly before applying. These will be a little heavier than regular acrylic dip nails, but they will still feel like polish. I like about a 5/8" radius at the base, and I am sure they will be much less and won't get wet than regular dip nails. The acrylic is very well colored, so all of the colors are very consistent, but if you do not go overboard, you won't be very able to match these color profiles. When you remove the base and dab down the acrylic nails, they will be completely covered with one layer of matte acrylic paint, in order to prevent oxidation and tarnish and keep them shiny and dry. They will be very soft in color, and will be easy to work with. Just apply a dab of matte acrylic paint on them and spray over them. Now, to begin applying your paint to your nails.
