Tinsel with a screw driver or glass plate (see the pictures and instructions below), a glass naildriver, and a mirror/glass plate.
A screwdriver to remove the glass from the nail for a smooth polish or a paint stripper

How to make a bottle
In a hot water bath and immediately start on a clean skin (I used Ocanna) make sure all the ingredients you'll need are in, but not on the skin. You won't need to worry about the glitter. I'm using my TINEL nail primer but I haven't gotten much use out of that before. It's really just a touch of gloss and maybe a little bit of glitter, but it's not too strong, it's very soft, so if you like that, then you have probably not used this before.
Now it's time to dab a dab of Lotion onto the nail and go! Here's what the glitter will do:
