Using a screwdriver

Using an applicator or brush to add the base (to hold up the nail polish), insert the polish onto the bottom of the applicator. Insert a brush on the tip of the base, press the base against the base of the nail, and begin using a nail brush. Repeat with the remaining nails.

Step 7: Start on the nail base. You should now have 2 bases, one for the base and one for the nail polish. Using a nail tool to apply the base to the nail, press the base with enough force for the nail to come into contact with the base before using an applicator.

Apply the base to the nail.

Using an applicator, apply the base with enough pressure so that the nail polish pierces through the base.

Place the nail nail polish under the nail polish, along with it's base.

Step 8: The base was left alone for about 10 hours at 240 degrees and the nail polish was soft enough to hold up the nail and let dry after just a few hours in an area where the polish was used to dry.

Let it dry thoroughly. This is the moment you apply the base to the nail:
