The 12th Floor has begun a second phase of the project with the goal of creating more than 120 new painted jobs and new production units. As the company continues to acquire and develop production space at the building, they will become the second and last production unit of the new line.

With a goal of expanding further at the project's peak potential, they have decided to create a new location on 1st Avenue between 15th and 22nd streets that will serve as a temporary working space and temporary housing.

According to a press release, the 12th Floor will have five new wood, paints, stain and special quality materials for the paint job and the production unit will feature the standard Woodworking and Paintting services. This will include a new custom paint facility under construction in the existing 6' x 4' space on the new building.

The total time it takes to finish the project is currently about 15 to 18 hours and for the overall company they plan to continue to develop the project as the company tries to sell more new and traditional brands. An estimated 60 to 70 million dollars in annual sales will be distributed to the project's clientele. This is a great start, but not very sustainable after just five-plus years of business.
