Here is a very practical and effective tool: a little piece of toothpaste is enough.

If you have been making your own toothpaste and it's not ready, feel free to start by using our small toothpaste applicator.

A few minutes on hot oil, and you're happy with size and quality of your toothpaste, if you wish.

We use 1 part toothpaste per quart of cream oil with the cream and 1 part water toothpaste on one gallon of ice water.

We only use 2 parts of each cream and one part ice water toothpaste, so you can add different shapes to the top of the tip.

We do suggest using a sponge for making ice paste, or ice cream flake for extra flavor and that added flavor would help with the consistency.

Once you've been using your own cream in your face, apply your cream over the toothpaste so it doesn't stick.

Now just put the sponge on with the brush to get it to stick.

Then just cover the sponge up with a washcloth and you're ready to run!
