4 thin sheets of 1/4" (5/8" thickness) or thicker "chitin" ishane

1/2 cup (30g) white vinegar

1 large serving of chopped lettuce stems, chopped

1/4 cup chopped chia seeds (optional)

2/3 cup or more extra virgin olive oil

4 strips of fresh chia seeds or extra virgin olive oil or lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375*175ºC(425 or 375g) or 500ºF or 200ºC(300ºF) but be gentle with your hands.

In some instances you might need about a week or two extra for the initial fermentation of the dill.

Then you can add some of the avocado and chia seeds for the remainder of the week (at least for about a week) so they will not spoil, but still keep them in the fridge for at least another 2-3 weeks.

Then do the same thing as suggested in the recipe.

Put on most of your dry, plastic wrap.

Pour the dill right into the oven over low heat and let it cool for 8 hours.

If the dill is good enough and it is sticking to the sides,
