acrylic dip gel nails, I used a 6.5cm x 8cm polyvinylpolyester mesh from Nylon. I glued over the top, with a tiny dab of blue tape for an extra secure base, and cut up in half. I used a 1.9mm square hole and glued over the top and the top of the base, then I used a thin sliver of tape to attach the nail to the flat cover. Then, to keep the side of the base from sticking out, I coated all over the face of the base by placing 1.5mm of sticky tape in the bottom of the base.


After filling in the edge of the base, I sprayed with 50% water-based primer and used two coats of dry-mixed water to apply it all over the nail. The nail is set up like that for an easy finish if you're not used to spraying on your nails. But this is about how I'm going to do both. First, I'm going to glue on it with a 3mm nail piece and spray on top of a clean slate, first at each end before it can be polished. Then, I'm going to cover it in a thick canvas (the first 2 coats are going to be heavy on the glue), cover the base with blue tape and spray my nails with the blue paint. Then I'm going to paint the base and finish off with the blue paint.
